Dynacare Insurance Solutions is looking for one Permanent Full time Administrative Clerk, working Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm EST/ 8am to 4pm PST .This role can be a work from home/remote role.

Responsible for matching completed Attending Physician Statements (APS) received by fax to the correct pending APS order, as well as monitor for and handle “med share” cases, and identify and correctly process invoices. All handling requires accuracy and knowledge of customer requirements.

Must Have:

  • Match completed APS received by fax to the correct pending APS order,
  • Monitor for and handle “med share” cases,
  • Identify and correctly process invoices,
  • handle with accuracy and knowledge of customer requirements,
  • QA/strip APS of any non-pertinent documents (ie.fax headers)
  • Ability to meet minimum daily production quota
  • Basic working knowledge with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Must preserve and safeguard all confidential information during the course of employment with Dynacare
  • Proficiency – approximately 3 months of time required to learn all aspects of the job

Nice to have:

  • Completion of secondary education
  • good communication skills – written
  • 3 months to 1 year of previous administrative experience an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English) comprehension considered an asset
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet quotas
