Who We Are:

The Growing Household Value (GHV) team focuses on driving engagement and revenue with our top retail customers. The GHV team works closely with multiple business lines (e.g., D2D Banking, Credit Cards), all channel partners (e.g. Digital, Branch, Contact Center), and functional areas of the bank (e.g. Risk, Analytics, Technology, Digital) to develop initiatives and drive impact from the highest valued retail customers.

YOU WILL…

  • Supports the development of strategies to drive focus and investments in the Banks most valuable customer segment to increase profitability, deepen customer relationships and create an enhanced customer experience
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to generate ideas and strategize on customer-focused initiatives
  • Provide execution support on 1-2 initiatives/campaigns through collaboration with partners across the retail bank and taking ownership of specific workstreams within the initiatives/campaigns
  • Leverage analytical tools and draw insights to make recommendations on the program
  • Contributes to the development of metrics / dashboards to measure program progress and success, ensuring that scorecards are aligned to drive deepened customer relationships
  • Conducts external research (as needed) to develop subject matter expertise on high value customers, including competitor strategies, industry best practices, and tactics employed in other industries

 

YOU ARE…

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal/networking skills;
  • Good analytical and market research skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • University degree in business or a related field, or equivalent working experience

 

YOU HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN …

  • Microsoft Office including proficiency in Power Point presentations
  • Mid-level proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel (experience with Microsoft Access and Business Objects an asset);
  • Knowledge and use of analytical tools, such as power BI (considered an asset)
