Junior Accounting Analyst

Randstad

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 3, 2020.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant located in the Etobicoke area to join a newly merged medical company that is seeking a skilled professional to support them with a 5-month ongoing contract.

The successful candidate for this position will be solely responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable on a high volume basis, handling all of the bank reconciliations and processing the general ledger entries.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Advanced knowledge of Great Plains, SAP or JD Edwards ERP software
•Full cycle Accounts Payable including cheque runs
•Full cycle Accounts Receivable
•Accounts Payable reconciliations
•Bank Reconciliations
•Prepare government HST filings Qualified candidates will possess the following:
•Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
•Experience doing bank reconciliations
•Experience using Accounting systems (i.e.

Simply Accounting, QuickBooks)
