Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Cards, you will be accountable for championing the growth of the portfolio, contributing to the ongoing development of product strategy and supporting the development and implementations of new products and services.

How You’ll Succeed

Strategic thinking

  • Analyze and interpret key product performance metrics and make sound business recommendations based on our strategic priorities to find new ways to support the growth of the Aventura portfolio
  • Manage and lead new partnership opportunities to deliver new benefits for Aventura cardholders

Relationship building

  • Work with partners in Credit Cards and across other lines of business to support the brand and grow the portfolio
  • Work closely with the CIBC Rewards team to identify opportunities to personalize and enhance the Rewards program and experience
  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital and Sponsorship partners to amplify the brand and identify opportunities to promote the Aventura card benefits and value proposition
  • Work closely with Frontline support teams to create internal awareness and education around Aventura products and support the frontline with knowledge and tools to help meet client needs

Project Management

  • Take a leadership role implementing key product management projects for the Aventura products including launches and enhancements
