Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of the IB Financial Planning & Analysis ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed. Supports the team’s business strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Lead Financial Planning processes for Latam countries by being the point person in Toronto for the country.  
  • Coordinate financial activities of monthly and quarter-end processes, forecasting and planning (Bluebook, Executive Reports, IB plan, and other submissions.
  • Prepare cross IB value-added analysis and oversight of subjects such as Net Interest Margin, benchmarks, and Analytics benefits.
  • Review results and perform high level reasonability of country results and their submission of deliverables.
  • Masters the understanding of the results of countries and communicate these results both internally and externally.
  • Make sure that the processes for the countries to reach their goals of performance are working well and provide recommendations.

 

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

•    MBA is an asset or undergrad in Business, Economics, Statistics 
•    Previous experience in accounting, financial analysis and reports
•    Previous experience in financial sector minimum 7 years
•    Good presentation and story-telling skills
