Job Description

What You’ll Be DoingYou will report to the Director, Project Delivery and will be responsible for  end to end planning, development, and delivery of a portfolio of complex project initiatives.  You’ll provide support in executing the Personal and Small Business Banking strategy which will enable the achievement of business strategies and objectives.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Relationship Management – Build ongoing partnerships with key partners across the business, including Product, Channels, Technology, Marketing and Operations. Work closely with various teams towards a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones, as required.
  • Project Management – Responsible for the “end-to-end” delivery of servicing and operational capability improvement programs from initiation through to post-implementation review, as required.  Exhibit good acumen and judgment in the formulation of recommendations to foresee and mitigate high-impact issues and complexities.  Adept at project reporting, including presenting complex issues/recommendations to Advisory and Executive Steering Committees
  • Business Analysis and Quality Assurance -. You will be responsible for collaborating with the LOB and our technology partners to perform analysis, document current and future state processes and create business requirements documents. You will facilitate requirements working sessions or participate in Agile sprints and as necessary support or represent the business in these sessions. You will also collaborate with all partners to develop test strategy and plans and support the LOB’s in test execution and post implementation validation and monitoring 
  • Change Management – Provide support for the transformational change management initiatives that impact the entire distribution network as the organization transitions to a new operating model.
  • Financial Management – Responsible for management of the project financials. Includes forecasting as well as reporting on actuals.
