Administrative Assistant – Toronto, ON –  Part-Time (Temporary Contract)

Location: 1 Yonge St, Toronto, ON
As an Administrative Assistant with Lifemark Health and Wellness services, you are passionate about your work and perform with a high level of energy, reliability and pride. You are an outgoing individual with multi-tasking capabilities and your work is thorough, organized and detail oriented. You have strong computer skills and an ability to learn new software applications quickly. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and your work experience demonstrates success in providing service and strong administrative support.

This is a short-term contract for flu season (approximately 6 weeks). The anticipated hours of work are 7:00AM – 12:00PM.

We have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our patients and employees with PPE provided, the spacing of patients, screening, and more. Extensive safety protocols and procedures have been put into place and are mandatory.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for our Health and Wellness team
  • Handling daily pickup/drop-offs of flu vaccine 
  • Monitoring the temperature of a vaccine fridge
  • Supporting flu vaccination campaign initiatives 
  • Communicating with clients and health professionals

Candidates must have:

  • A university degree or college diploma
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to assist with packing supplies/deliveries
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience is a strong asset
  • Highly proficient at using Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Interest or experience in the health and wellness industry
