Banking Clerk (Remote)

Adecco is currently hiring for a Banking Clerk (Remote) to work for one of our clients located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for Banking Clerk role, you must be a keen team player possessing diligence and a high level of attention to detail to process accurately financial and non- financial activities in a high-volume environment.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6 months contract full time position, paying $17.00/hr with the possibility of extension.

Banking Clerk Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Review transaction information such as wires, ATM and debit card
  • Accurately populate Suspicious Transactions Reports (STR) information into FINTRAC
  • Adhere to industry regulations and operating procedures in completing and recording information
  •  

    Banking Clerk Main Requirements:

     

  • Successful completion of High School education required
  • Minimum 2 years data entry experience
  • Ability to type minimum 40wpm
  • Solid computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate Excel), Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and high level of accuracy
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
