Business Development Manager Profile GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for new business development within an assigned territory or industry vertical.

This includes but not limited to generating new business with new clients; building business relationships; executing sales strategies; meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and presenting ongoing business reviews on client accounts.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

We are looking for a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Business Development Manager responsibilities: Develop and execute on a focused strategic plan to prospect based on geography, industry sector and by type of market (organic and new) Collaborate with various internal contacts to plan and obtain information on existing client mandates and local prospecting opportunities Interact with potential customers regarding needs and consult with clients on suitable solutions Prepare proposals to meet client needs based on conducting needs analysis Gather and maintain information about prospects in CRM to enable follow up Actively support RFP team with operational content and pricing Business Development Manager Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role Previous experience selling services is an asset Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Post secondary education is an asset Proven track record on achieving and exceeding sales What We Offer Competitive base compensation and incentive based earnings Car allowance Group Benefits RRSP matching TOR20
