– one of the fastest software/ real estate startups in Canada
– is looking for a Client Services Associate to join their downtown Toronto team What’s expected from you in this role?

– Provide world-class Customer Service by being part of the front line team
– connecting and being the first point of contact for clients with 60-80% of your time being spent connecting with clients over phone and email
– Actioning items through Zendesk and Jira to connect with Engineers
– Problem solve and work with cross functional teams to provide the best possible solution for clients which can include making swift decisions, connecting with engineers, and acting with a sense of urgency
– Responsible for actioning items appropriately, for example urgent requests and understanding when to escalate
– Being able to use critical thinking and all the resources available after the initial training process
– in other words, you are responsible for finding a solution and doing independent research before escalating to other teams or the manager
– Keep up to date with all training materials including learning new softwares and industry trends

– Be part of the Downtown Toronto Tech-Startup Community Qualifications What you bring to the table:
– Previous 1-3 years of Sales Support, Customer Service or Client Relations experience
– College Diploma or University Degree in business or similar or equivalent
– Tech savvy, comfortable with independent learning and previous experience working in a fast paced environment
– Proven experience in front-line, client focused roles and showcases emotional intelligence especially when communicating with clients is a MUST
– High attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
– Go-getter, can-do attitude, and ability to work with little structure or changing business needs
– cultural fit is a very important aspect of the recruitment process
– Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, Slap and Video meeting technologies is an ASSET
– Previous experience in a similar capacity or working in a startup environment is an ASSET
– Ability to work Remotely
– private set up, high speed internet and comfortable communicating virtually with the teams
– Must be able to provide 2 professional references and be open to testing or background checks
– Start date
