Temporary Receptionist

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted October 6, 2020.

The holidays are around the corner which means many business will need temporary or sporadic coverage for administrative roles like front desk and reception. If you love working in an office environment, have a flexible schedule, and are able to work on short notice-we want to hear from you!

Our client, a well known financial and wealth management company, is looking for candidates to work on short term temporary assignments and serve as a back up Receptionist during the month of December.

If you have previous experience working in Reception or a similar administrative capacity and are also looking for temporary work or an alternate source of income, then this could be the ideal role for you! or if you are looking for part-time receptionist roles because you are a student or have other obligations and are looking for flexible hours then this could also be a good opportunity for you!

Qualifications
– Must have 1-3 years of reception or a mix of customer service and administrative experience
– Post-secondary education is preferred
– Must have strong communication skills and be highly professional
– Go getter attitude, ability to work with little guidance or supervision
– Proficiency with MS Office
– Quick learner/ ”tech savvy”
