Bilingual (English and French speaking) Customer Service – remote – Ontario


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 6, 2020.

We are currently looking for Bilingual (English and French speaking) Customer Service Representatives for a full time remote job. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has previous customer service experience or for someone who excels at helping people and providing assistance by phone or by email.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

– Work in inbound call taking department and answering emails from customers
– You will solve problems related to several aspects of customer service: billing, questions about purchased products, follow-ups on orders, shipping etc.
– Assisting customers with any product knowledge
– Assisting with refunds and exchanges of products
– As a customer service agent, you will contribute to the exceptional customer experience your customers need.

Hours: Must have open availability Monday – Sunday 9AM-9PM.
Full time hours with a total of 37.5-40 hours/week.

Location: Remote – WORK FROM HOME – anywhere in Ontario!

$15.75/ hour English speaker
$16.75/ hour Bilingual (English and French)
