Customer service agent – E-commerce – Retail – WFH Ontario


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 3, 2020.

We are currently looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents for a full time job.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who has previous customer service experience or for someone who excels at helping people and providing assistance by phone or by email.

Here’s what you’ll do with your days: You will solve problems related to several aspects of customer service: billing, questions about purchased products, follow-ups on orders, shipping etc.

As a customer service agent, you will contribute to the exceptional customer experience your customers need.

Hours: Monday
– Sunday 9AM-9PM Location: WORK FROM HOMEONTARIO Salary: $14.75/ hour English speaker $15.75/ hour Bilingual (English and French) Job Duties of a Call Center Representative are, but not limited to:
– Taking inbound calls and answering emails from customers
– assisting customers with any product knowledge
– Assisting customers with any issues in regard to their orders
– Refunding customers of purchases Advantages

– We are looking for enthusiasm, willpower, stability and above all, we are looking for: your personality, your dynamism and your willingness to work well.

– Excellent communication skills in English and French, verbal and written
– Previous experience in Customer service is required
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment
– Tech-savvy and knowledge of information technology systems required
– Full time and flexible availability
– Organization and work prioritization skills
