Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – Ontario

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 3, 2020.

Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you looking for an opportunity to work from home in the Greater Toronto area? If so, we have the role you are looking for!

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a leading retailer with one of their campaigns. This full-time temporary role (40hrs a week) will begin on November 11th and will run until December 21st.

This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals to develop expertise under the support of experienced managers and trainers. Apply now if you’re interested!

In this role you will be responsible for
– Taking inbound calls and chats from customers
– assisting customers with any product knowledge
– Assisting customers with any issues in regards to their orders
– Refunding customers of purchases
– Passing any escalations on if needed

– Start Date: November 16th – but the orientation day will be between November 11th to 13th
– $15.75/hr English speaker
– $16.75/hr Bilingual (English and French)
– Full-time hours, Rotational shifts between Monday-Sunday 
– Training will be online for 4 days
– Overnight premium if you are working between 10pm to 6am!
– Bonus payout at the end of the contract(Ranges between $100 – $250)
– Working for a well-known company
– Contract until the end of the year
 
Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
– High school diploma
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Excellent communication skills
– must have hard-wired internet (Ethernet that connect to modem/ router)
– must be able to pass a criminal background check
– Able to work in a fast consistent work environment
– Must be fluent in English, French and Spanish are an asset
– Strong computer skills
– Customer service experience
– Previous contact center experience is an asset
