About Our Candidate:

OPENLANE, a KAR Global brand, the leader in online automotive remarketing, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Agile Delivery Team. As a Project Coordinator, you will have strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, supporting multiple stakeholders and business operations. You are an extreme owner and enjoy taking on new and challenging tasks.

What You Will Be Doing:

Reporting to the Director, Program Delivery, accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring and reporting on Programs, Projects, and Project Tasks
  • Coordinating and organizing quarterly company-wide planning events
  • Leading and facilitating remote, and in-person meetings with large audiences in different time zones
  • Assisting with the development of presentations to various stakeholder audiences
  • Responsible for managing financial operations such as invoice processing, accurate employee time entries, reporting on budgets, tracking forecast revisions, and updating reports
  • Providing administrative support as needed

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Passion and proficiency for spreadsheets, process, and documentation
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Outlooks, Teams, Excel etc. a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Attention to detail with the ability to understand how a process fits into the overall business deliverables
  • Candidates with similar experience from any industry background are encouraged to apply
