What will your typical day look like?


The Learning & Development Experience Specialist will work closely with members of broad team with design and execution of complex registration builds, operational reporting and project management of technology-related initiatives that will continue to drive exception experiences for our people to strengthen the Deloitte brand as a talent destination. Responsibilites will include: 


  • Design, develop and test custom registration for complex events/programs across L&D Experience, supporting planners with coordination and execution of collecting all participant requirements pre-event through registration
  • Identify, create and maintain system processes and efficiencies while having a deep understanding of business practices 
  • Identify, evaluate and validate trends and patterns in data to help design standard reporting processes and distribution schedules
  • Leverage Deloitte’s learning and event management systems and tools to support business needs and provide technical support (i.e. Cvent, OnArrival, Saba, Cura, etc.) 
  • Produce specialized reports and data extracts while demonstrating solid understanding of business objectives (i.e. Delphi, Cvent, Excel, Tableau)
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor operational standards of L&D Experience portfolio
  • Cultivate relationships across the L&D Experience portfolio as well as other teams/functions across the greater organization
  • Assist in the development of further software implementation

You are someone with:


  • 3+ years of professional and/or relevant experience, with 1+ year of experience working with data 
  • Ability to work with data and develop creative approaches to analytical problems
  • Experience working in established systems is a strong asset (i.e. Cvent, Saba, Cura, etc.)
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
  • Must be self-motivated, articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task in a fast-moving environment
