We currently have Regular Full Time opportunities for MyChart Support Administrator on the MyChart Program at our Bayview campus.

Hours of Work:

Weekdays: Days; 8hrs; As per schedule

Summary of Duties

  • Support SB’s MyChart Network Client Support Desk (after hour on call team rotation)
  • Provide support and attention to client experience – in-person, support line, email communication, provide client training as required
  • Work closely with Health Records and MyChart teams
  • Triage, resolve, escalate, account set-up, access, incident logs, report, facilitate uploads as required etc.
  • Provide Team coverage and support as required
  • Liaise with next level support to resolve Client /support issues
  • Respond to daily service desk requests, communications, bring forward accordingly
  • Prepare data reports, stats/performance (daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports)
  • Prepare promotional material as required
  • Adoption – demo, train, communicate, review daily stats/report – report new trends, concerns
  • Team meetings
  • Maintain patient/client confidentiality and enforce privacy policies

Qualifications/Skills

  • College diploma in an administrative/health related discipline
  • Strong communicator and writing skills, ability to provide on demand support/training
  • Related experience in a hospital environment.
  • Experience/related experience in a health care support desk environment
  • Experience within a Health Records Department and release of information support environment
  • Familiar with Personal Health Information Privacy & Security related acts & guidelines
  • Experience with hospital registration systems and registration process
  • Advanced computer skills in Windows environment using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to respond effectively in stressful situations
  • Demonstrates initiative by identifying problems or areas needing improvement and offering solutions
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and maintain good public relations with physicians, patients and other hospital staff
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Effective time management, and resource management skills; able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be self-directed
  • Proven ability to multi-task, set priorities and problem solve
  • Keyboarding at 50 w.p.m
