As a P&C Business Partner Manager supporting leaders, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, strategist, consultant, change agent and coach. You sit alongside and collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that support people and organizational needs in addition to facilitating the deployment of the People Plan. Every day you engage in business conversations, influence and equip people leaders to lead their teams with courage to foster a highly engaged and inspiring workplace. You partner with leaders to manage change, grow their teams, and foster the right culture to create positive team member experiences.

You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow. Here’s how

  • Proactively partner with clients to identify strategic issues or organizational design challenges and provides advice and expertise to help develop creative solutions
  • Liaise with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to provide timely and constructive feedback to help drive the evolution of business unit programs and solutions
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset, continually looks for opportunities to increase the return of investment (ROI) of people programs and ways to improve the team member experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo to expand their capabilities
  • Leverage the breadth of your unique experiences and perspective to share insights with your P&C colleagues

  • Noted for your ability to identify business problems, breaking them down, providing and executing innovative solutions with attention to small but critical details
  • Respected for your track record of successfully managing complex projects, balancing design needs with implementation needs
  • Known for solving complex issues without having all the answers, and navigating ambiguity and ongoing, fast-paced change
  • Valued for your ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and having a bias for action-orientated on results
  • Recognized for your learning mindset and ability to understand the business and challenges, and new and innovative approaches that result in improvements in team engagement, productivity and organizational performance
  • Passion for process and operational improvement, and a track record of thinking outside of the box to deliver innovations to better serve their customer
  • Possess a hybrid program/project management background with demonstrated experience leading simultaneous initiatives
  • Regarded as an exceptional communicator and able to influence a broad and diverse range of stakeholders
  • 7 or more years of experience in a human resources, strategy or leadership role
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Arts or Science


  • Knowledge of and experience in human resources, people leadership, and performance development
