Accounting Coordinator – 6 Month Contract to Permanent

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted October 8, 2020.

About the Opportunity

  • Tracking and distribution of invoices to different departments and getting approvals
  • Handling any courier inquiries for the Accounting departments
  • Distributing all mailed invoices that come into the office
  • Handling the Accounts Payable email and distributing all invoices to the Project Accountants
  • Uploading all bank statements from various banks for all Financial Accountants
  • Photocopying and distributing budget and cost reports
  • Daily bank report distribution each morning
  • Ordering office supplies for Accounting department
  • Booking boardrooms for Finance team

About You

  • 2-3 years of related administrative and accounting experience
  • Successful completion of post secondary education in related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous working knowledge with MS Office Suite

Pay Rate

$18 – $20/hour
