BSA (Moodle Learning Management System)


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 1, 2020.

Our client, a leader in the Education industry, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support operations and systems enhancements to their MOODLE Learning Management System and its integration with the student information system (Destiny One), customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and other applications.

This resource will be a principal point of contact for all LMS-related work, including but not limited to supporting LMS enhancement projects in requirements elicitation and documentation, system analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.

In addition, this resource will also be responsible for analyzing the requirements for our education and career development platform and working with the third
– party vendor on the necessary system integration.

Education and Experience:  College diploma in Computer Science or equivalent  Three or more years of experience with Moodle LMS  Experience working with labour market analytics, education and career planning tool  Testing experience including unit testing, functional testing, regression testing and UAT support  SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP, Java  Knowledge of API and related technologies  Understanding of Linux  Requirements elicitation and documentation  Systems documentation  Higher education industry experience Skills Required:  Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a broad range of technical and non-technical users in order to elicit, interpret, summarize, document and present information  Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail  Partnership and collaboration driven  Effective organizational skills and demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure  Service Excellence oriented Length of Contract:  3 months to start Randstad Professionals Canada Randstad Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce reflective of the diversity of Canada.
