Take your ambitions to the next level
You will play an active role in shaping the future of the design system.
- Participate in a daily stand-up to align priorities;
- Support users courteously on Slack or in-person;
- Create new components, or enhance existing components using React and styled-components;
- Gather task requirements, and draft technical acceptance criteria;
- Conduct peer code reviews, with attention to quality standards and reference architecture;
- Write unit tests using Jest and helpful scripts using node and ES2015+;
- Maintain a consistent codebase using linters;
- Deploy coded components to npm;
- Write clear and concise documentation for design system users;
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, developers and designers on decisions that impact users;
- Maintain documentation and practices that can help reduce repetitive decision-making;
- Implement best practices, standards and technologies.

You have 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer – CM;

3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
- Extensive understanding of JS, ES2015+, NodeJS, React and Git;
- Understanding of styled-components, CSS-in-JS framework, or other maintainable CSS strategies;
- Practical accessibility knowledge for HTML and manual testing;
- Knowledge of advanced Front-End concepts including responsive design, resource hints, framerates and animations, and semantic HTML;
- Experience with the following:
- semantic versioning and npm;
- building single-page applications using React and Redux;
- working with Restful API and Serverless architectures;
- performance strategies for package distribution and front-end experiences;
- Conceptual understanding of theming;
- Openness to conduct workshops and evangelize the design system to continually improve and respond to user needs;
- Basic understanding of 12-factor or other security concepts as well as SEO strategies and tools;
