Our global large law firm client is seeking a permanent Intermediate Systems Analyst to manage a portfolio of applications in a Windows environment using SQL and .NET to become a team member for their geographically dispersed team of systems analysts. You will be located in Calgary or Toronto.
Must-Have Qualification and Skills:
- 7+ years combined experience in IT (ie. Application Support, Systems Analysis, Systems Administration, Help Desk)
- SQL scripting
- Tier 3 Troubleshooting
- Windows Desktop
- Windows Server
- .NET programming
Nice-to-have Qualification and Skills:
- Legal industry knowledge
- Bilingual French
- Achieved or pursuing ITIL Foundation certification
Job Overview: As a Systems Analyst, you will act as a technical lead for our technologies in any project or initiative. He/she will plan, organize and follow up on activities and improvements to the assigned technology portfolio with mix of desktop, SaaS, and client/server based solutions. The analyst will continuously deliver new solutions to drive business value, while keeping an eye on maintaining business-as-usual activities.
