Account Manager – RBC Ventures (Smart Reno)


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted April 4, 2021.

Smart Reno helps people find and compare qualified and available contractors for their renovation projects. We solve the pain of looking for the right contractors, by simply allowing clients to post their project and providing them with multiple pre-screened contractors, saving time and money. For contractors, we are an efficient and cost-effective client acquisition channel. 

What will you do?

  • Establish business relationships with a network of contractors, build loyalty to our services and maintain a relationship based on trust
  • Follow-up with both contractors and clients to close the loop on submitted projects
  • Receive and handle incoming calls from contractors
  • Update data in our internal admin systems (CRM)

What do you need to succeed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial account management
  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Willing to work in a start-up environment
  • Experience in commercial account management
  • Have a sense of listening and be proactive
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and rigorous
  • Team-work oriented
  • Great communication skills (phone and email)
