On the Prepaid Marketing Team, you will be part of a team that is charged with the task of innovating, driving, and enabling the success of both the TELUS Prepaid and Koodo Prepaid portfolios.

We are looking for a dynamic go-getter that can help us meet our business objectives and tackle opportunities that will grow the Koodo Prepaid portfolio. This role will allow you to dig into business challenges, the success of which will have a significant impact on our bottom line.

The Prepaid Marketing portfolio plays an essential role within the broader TELUS organization. It acts as a crucial on-ramp for many of our customers as they begin their relationship with a mobility provider.

In this role, you will use the 4 P’s and strive to balance growth and value. You’ll discover insights and uncover opportunities that will drive new and exciting value for the business. You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering on key performance metrics. Your ability to bring together critical stakeholders from across the organization and build followership and buy-in for your ideas and recommendations will help take the Prepaid Marketing portfolio to the next level!

Here’s how

As a Specialist on the Prepaid Marketing Team, you will be working on a wide range of projects and will be responsible for multiple portfolio deliverables.

Examples of some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own and manage key Prepaid acquisition KPI’s
  • Work with cross-functional groups to develop and measure key performance indicators, such as gross activations and ARPU
  • Regularly engage with internal partners to ensure success in exclusive and non-exclusive distribution channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop collateral and advertising messages
  • Develop the roadmap and business casing for pricing and promotional initiatives
  • Drive the on-time and successful launch of critical projects, ensuring go-to-market excellence and the realization of expected value

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational & interpersonal skills including the ability to plan and prioritize multiple duties and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative analytics, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to drive cross-functional followership for ideas and recommendations
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
