Publisher Ad Operations Specialist

The impact you’ll make

As Publisher Ad Operations Specialist at Loblaw Media, your role is to support and maintain our publisher advertising solutions. You will be responsible for trafficking and smooth ad operations on our owned and operated media.

What you’ll do

  • Traffick and manage the delivery of display advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager and proprietary technologies
  • Ensure on-time delivery of campaigns, campaign performance optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • QA and troubleshoot tags and ad serving setups
  • Assist in defining and documenting best practices for the set-up, testing, QA, optimization, and execution of campaigns
  • Assist technical ad operations colleagues in the implementation of new ad solutions from end to end
  • Monitor campaigns for completion, client KPIs, overall performance, health metrics and create client-facing reports

Does this sound like you?

  • 1-3 years of experience working for a digital publisher in an ad operation role using Google Ad Manager to serve ads on web and mobile
  • Exposure to or use of digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics (formerly known as Omniture) and Google Analytics, and other marketing technologies such as Conversion Pixels, Adobe Audience Manager, etc.
  • Team player – the success of partner teams is our success
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of web design, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and content management systems a bonus
  • SQL experience a bonus
