Senior Sales Analyst – Walmart


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 3, 2020.

Sales Analyst
– Walmart Our client, a supplier of academic, consumer, and business products is currently looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to oversee and manage the Walmart Account.

– Work with the National Account Managers to achieve strong service and in-stock levels
– Using Retail Link to manage the business by running reports to analyze and interpret data, sharing sales results and trends, and managing the flow of merchandise
– Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and analysis for senior management
– Liaise with all departments to create buy-in from internal and external customers on account-specific goals, these could include logistics, customer service, procurement, and manufacturing.

– Own fill-rate, in-stock, and another key customer KPI’s
– Manage weekly replenishment orders with customer service; identify and resolve pricing and inventory concerns.

– Communicate necessary PO revisions for quantities or dates internally and externally
– Track delivery/pickup status of all orders (replenishment, seasonal, and scripts)
– Establish outstanding customer relationship with key supply chain personnel at Walmart
– Manage major campaigns such as back to school with Walmart’s head office Advantages

– $75-80K base plus bonus

– Post-secondary Degree
– Minimum 5 years of experience in an analyst capacity
– Minimum 5 years of experience with Retail Link as well as direct experience with Walmart replenishment teams and tools
– Experience in both domestic and direct import selling models preferred
– Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred
– Thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly to Walmart (DC to Shelf)
– Advanced level experience in Excel (ie.

macros and complex formulas)
– Strong understanding and experience with ERP Systems (ie.

– Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
