We partner with a variety of key credit grantors in various industry segments including financial institutions, government, telecommunications, utilities, post-secondary educational institutions, commercial, health and insurance.

Responsibilities Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers; Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls); Analyze and update consumers account information to determine the best possible solution for the account; Negotiating repayment of past due or overdue accounts; Clearly documents call results and content of calls; Manage workloads/lists of consumers who have failed to make payments; Abide by all Collection Agency Acts and Regulations as legislated in each Province; Uphold the client (Creditor) work plans and the ARO code of ethics by treating consumers with honesty, dignity, and respect at all times.

Qualifications: Minimum one (1) year 3rd Party Collection experience preferred Customer service, Call centre or Sales experience considered an asset Strong Negotiating and Conflict Resolution skills Self Motivated, Goal and Detail Oriented Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Strong Organizational Skills Dedicated and Ethical Bilingualism considered an asset Ability to work individually and with a team Successful Candidates will be required to complete a background check
