Sales Account Executive, Lumino Health

We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive (SAE) to take our division’s growth to the next level. As the newest division of Sun Life, Lumino Health is growing at a rapid pace. Since it’s inception in 2016, the division has grown from a core team of under 10 to over 200 employees and is a growth engine for Sun Life. With over 150,000 individual healthcare providers on the network (ranging from dentists to physiotherapists), Sun Life is well-positioned to aid in the space.

As an SAE, you will be the backbone of our sales process and responsible for the full sales cycle from engaging new providers on our network to closing the sale.

Roles & Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full sales cycle – prospecting to close through Salesforce CRM;
  • Proactively conducting outbound calls from a curated list of targeted leads;
  • Demonstrating the value of a subscription on Lumino Health, over the phone and through web conferencing tools;
  • Developing sales opportunities through strategic follow up techniques;
  • Supporting client retention as necessary including welcome calls and other support activities.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education, or equivalent experience;
  • 2+ years experience in a full sales cycle environment, preferred;
  • Hunter mentality – motivated by closing deals;
  • Self-starter – motivated by exceeding sales KPI’s, resilient and disciplined, while passionate about solving business challenges; and
  • Coachable – ability to embrace learning new skills and ideas.

When a new position becomes available which matches your background and experience, the base pay range will be disclosed and correspond to the opportunity Sun Life will consider you for.

In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
