Details/intake: Key support member to support Bank’s Wealth Management Technology Solutions (WMTS) Supplier Delivery Management Office (SDMO) In this role, the resource will be tasked to resolve pain points and seek efficiencies within the SDMO team, processes, and supplier management. To do this, the resource will build and maintain reporting analytics, create and improve upon processes, monitor, control and report on professional fees and encourage the adoption of strategic initiatives within the supplier workspace.

Job Overview:
• Track and produce reporting on supplier contracts, and contract resources on SharePoint including updates to financials and resource details
• Track and produce reporting on supplier professional fees contributing to financial targets and controls
• Use excel and SharePoint to track invoices submitted to accounts payable and reconcile vendors to SharePoint list
• Processing/monitoring of work authorizations and contracts for vendors from initiation to execution
• Facilitate supplier pipeline meetings, follow up with outstanding items and issues until resolution
• Create and implement new efficient processes between SDMO and Planning teams for contract and pro fees management
• Work with various CWM teams, procurement, PMO teams, and HM’s to support them with E2E contract engagement
• USWM invoice mailbox- processing invoices, tracking, investigations, reporting

Must Have:
Supplier Delivery Analyst with advanced experience using MS SharePoint to monitor, control and produce valuable reporting on all vendor contracts
Expert in data manipulation and analysis using MS Excel to produce meaningful and complex financial reporting
• Detail oriented and Project Management skills to manage competing priorities in fast paced environment
• Process oriented, eye for identifying efficiencies and ability to execute on improvements
