· Sales Apply Now International Sales Manager Building Materials Preferred location: BC or any Major Canadian Cities Base Strong Commission Car Allowance Benefit & RRSP My client, an established and major manufacturing company in the Building Material Industry is seeking for an International Sales Manager to lead and Manage the entire sales process across 9 different countries and part of the US.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the International Sales Manager is responsible for the overall day to day management of the sales strategy, with one intention, growing top line revenue and increasing market shares, profitably.

The International Sales Manager will be directly involved in identifying, developing, and growing strategic relationships within the OEM and distribution community.

Job Duties Lead and manage the entire sales process Develop, manage, and nurture new business and existing partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals Identify and expand distribution into new and existing markets Develop, manage, and lead sales agents in various markets Conduct monthly sales forecasts and complete various sales reports Review sales KPI’s monthly with the VP of Sales Assist in the development of strategic plans for the sales function Assist in annual budget planning, monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year Requirements Ability to challenge status quo with a strong desire to win Ability to manage change Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Negotiating with stakeholders Drafting and reviewing contracts A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Working Conditions Frequent travel required.

Ability to attend and conduct presentations.

Exposure to distribution environment as well as office environment.

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

Overtime as required Able to conduct presentations and meetings Skills & Qualifications 1
– 3 years of previous industry related sales experience FITT international trade training is an asset Must possess a valid driver’s license University or College degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing Building Material Experience is Required Thank you for your interest.
