Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development and working collaboratively with the Organisational Development (OD), Human Resources (HR) teams and departments, the Senior Advisor will be accountable for the end-to-end management, design and development, and facilitation of organizational-wide development, onboarding programs and support the design and delivery of online compliance programs to support the build of organizational, leadership and employee capabilities required to uphold a high performing global organization capable of delivering on our mandate.

Role Specific Accountabilities

  • Runs end-to-end program management of established programs. Responsibilities include refining program requirements and scope of program; supporting budget and resourcing requirements; developing a plan and workstreams including partnerships across teams/groups/departments; developing and maintaining documentation and communication with project team, partners and executive sponsors.
  • Maintains and strengthens internal and external partnerships and executive sponsors to ensure business requirements and expectations are met.
  • Escalates and applies judgement to address issues, challenges and risks with a balance of innovation and agility while considering impact on key stakeholders (learner, partners, sponsors, team/group/ department leader).
  • Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver insightful analysis of learning data and recommends learning solutions/learning technology options based on analysis.
  • Designs and develops learning solutions, as part of a program, that are aligned and highly relevant to the needs of the business and learners using a creative blend of solutions, techniques, approaches and technology.
  • Facilitates learning and OD programs to large and/or small in-class groups using effective facilitation methodologies to provide valuable learning solutions in a variety of delivery channels (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, video, podcast, etc.).
  • Contributes to the development and facilitation of train-the-trainer sessions, pilots, and provides feedback to internal business leader facilitators and external vendors.
  • Independently presents topics on area of expertise and facilitates meetings within HR and across the organization.

Qualifications

  • University degree with 5-7+ years proven project management, facilitation (in-person and virtual), instructional design, development and implementation experience in professional development programming (non-technical) with a global scope
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced, performance-based financial and/or professional service organization with the ability to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to add value
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in designing and delivering on exceptional learner/employee experience
  • Maintains an understanding of current trends, systems, technologies and practices
  • Exemplifies our Guiding Principles of Integrity, Partnership and High Performance
